I come to real estate with a perspective based on my experiences as a professional musician, an FM music director, and a music recording engineer/producer with over 35 years experience in the hectic world of New York City advertising, television, and phonograph record production. My educational experiences, a Bachelor of Music from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from Columbia University, bring discipline to this experience.
I fell in love with the Garrison/Cold Spring area in the 1970s and subsequently built a geodesic dome back in the hills reminiscent of the Great Smoky Mountains where I was raised. I began my career in real estate with Douglas Elliman in New York City but found this part of Putnam County too beautiful to resist.
Just like my previous work, real estate is about problem solving. The successful conclusion to every transaction is always my goal. In addition, I like to think that I treat my present customers and clients with the same consideration and respect I gave my client of many years, Duke Ellington.
