My wife and I moved to Garrison from New York City in 1970. We continued to work in Manhattan, commuting for several more years, and in the late 1970s I developed an interest in the investment and property management side of real estate. After becoming licensed in 1978 I worked in the local real estate business part time. In 1982 when it became evident that the Garrison/Cold Spring area had been discovered and was growing, I retired from New York City Police Department to pursue a full time career in real estate.

After obtaining my broker's license in 1984, I established Limited Editions Realty, focusing primarily on the Garrison/Cold Spring areas we had come to love. I take pride in knowing the ins and outs of the local market as well as the history of the area and first hand knowledge of the pluses and minuses of living in a rural environment. The Hudson Highlands is a unique area with a very special place in our country's history...Still rural in character...Much in demand...And a beautiful, wonderful place to live.
